How Can MAD Enterprise Group reduce my employee healthcare coverage costs?

We conduct a comprehensive analysis/assessment of your Employee Healthcare coverages, plans, services, and costs, to identify those cost-reducing strategies that have not been implemented. We then work to implement such strategies and reduce excess spending to ensure costs are as low as possible (without reducing coverages or increasing any risk exposure and/or employee premiums, co-pays, or deductibles).

How long will an Employee Healthcare analysis and assessment take?

Once we have all of the necessary information, it takes on average 30 days to complete.

Can we work with MAD Enterprise Group while maintaining existing relationships with our current Agent, Broker, Advisor, or TPA?

Our analysis/assessment processes are not designed to replace your current Agent, Broker, Advisor, or TPA? However, because we show Employers how to reduce costs (and therefore Vendor commissions), commission-motivated Agents, Brokers, Advisors, or TPAs often attempt to slow down (or, in some cases, even prevent) efforts to make cost-reducing changes.

Why do my rates go up every year?

Because commission-motivated Agents, Brokers, Advisors, and TPAs generally do not show Employers the many cost-reducing strategies that would drive costs down. If they did, their commissions would be gone down.
